What a design includes
- A site visit to measure, photograph and note slopes, sun and shade, soil, drainage and existing trees
- A conversation about how you want to use the yard: entertaining, kids, pets, privacy, gardening
- A scaled plan showing patios, walls, paths, planting beds and lighting
- A plant list chosen for each spot’s light and soil
- A phased budget if you’d like to build over time
Designing for Atlanta yards
Most lots here fall toward the street or the back, so we plan levels and steps. Red clay drains slowly, so we route runoff away from the house before adding anything else. Mature oaks and pines shade many yards, and there lawn often gives way to groundcovers and shade beds.
Design and build in one place
Because we build what we design, the plan is priced and buildable from day one. You don’t end up with a drawing that costs twice what you expected or a design a contractor has to guess at.
