What we collect
When you send an estimate request, we collect what you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the project’s street address, city, state and ZIP code, the services you pick, your description of the work and how you would like us to contact you.
We also record details about the request itself: the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site or ad that sent you to us, any campaign tags in the link you followed, the time you sent it, your IP address and your type of browser and device. We keep a copy of the consent wording shown with the form, so there is a record of what you agreed to.
To connect a request with how you first found us, the form stores the address of the first page you visited, the site that sent you and the date in your browser’s local storage. That record stays on your device. The form replaces it after 90 days, and you can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
If you call us, our phone system may record the call time and the number you called from.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your project, prepare an estimate and do the work if you hire us. We may call, text or email you about your request, for example to confirm we received it or to follow up.
Some projects are a better fit for one of our partner contractors. In that case we pass your request to a partner contractor who serves your area, and they contact you directly. We share what they need to quote and do the job: your name, contact details, project address and project description. A partner may pay us a referral fee. Other than with partner contractors handling your project, we do not sell or share your details with other companies for their own marketing.
Who else handles your information
- Our estimate form runs on our own lead system, which stores your request on servers run by our hosting provider, Hostinger.
- Email services deliver our messages to you and our new-request alerts to our team.
- Partner contractors receive requests we pass to them, as described above.
- If we take on your project, your details may also go into the software we use to schedule jobs and send invoices.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to follow up, do the work and keep business records. Submissions that our system marks as spam are deleted after 30 days.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to any text message from us to stop texts. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call or email us. We will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies and collects data such as pages viewed and general location. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
